Multiple XP SP3 build versions

    I'm running on XP with the build number 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090206-1234

    I've see also some XP SP3 machines with build 2600.xpsp.080413-2111

    If I'm not wrong, by the build date I can say the second was done 13 april 2008 while the first in 6 february 2009.

    I've googled for info but nothing.
    Anyone knows if there are differences between those builds? What's changed?

    The one with the newer date has more hot fixes applied.

    only this? it's normal to release new builds of a service pack?

    Not different builds of the service pack, but other changes to the kernel changes the build number.

    My computer is up to date and is showing the Feb 09 build:

    2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090206-1234

    Go to Windows Update on the April 08 build and apply all hotfixes it could be missing.
