Try to run in safe mode and see if this still happens.

Seems like it is a hardware or driver issue!!!...Graphics card is a the top of that list.

If your system will run in Safe Mode, then your problem my not be hardware related. Run your antispyware and antivirus program in Safe Mode to see if it finds anything.

I don't think it's a virus problem ,because I install win 7 64 bit it did the same thing, now I put 32 bit on, it kept shuting down.

go to safe mode and try to restore the windows in early working conditions.

I had the same problem a couple of years ago. Took me a week to figure out it was my keyboard driver. Bought a new one and the problem stopped. A week later, for kicks, I installed the keyboard again. Within 30 minutes it had shut down by itself.
I would start with a fresh install and load drivers and software one-by-one until it happens. If it does happen again then you'll know what the problem is. If not, then no worries. You could always backup your system drive before doing a fresh install and when you figure out what the problem is restore from that backup, remove said problems, and keep your current Win7 how it is.
