    Hi all
just wonder if anyone could help me or have had the same issue that is given below

In April 2010 i purchased a new Packard bell touch PC from PC world
i made my system recovery discs 4 in total everything OK
us my PC everyday no problems install various progs that i use everything fine
got Sp 1 from this site when in was leaked install still no problems in fact i install Sp 1 on my laptop & another PC great no issues
Then last night the Packard bell touch PC was working fine turn it off went to bed
got up went to work came home turn on touch PC notice when booting up before windows loads it now says Gateway but before it said Packard Bell
once it loads all my progs are still their & my desktop is still Packard Bell
check inside BIOS by pressing Del before booting & there appears to be no changes there

so how does this happen & is it a problem
because when i go to use the recovery thats built in with the system when that opens it to now says Gateway Recovery Management instead of Packard Bell Recovery Management
    Any help would be useful
    thanks

Go into the BIOS and select the reset-to-factory-defaults option.
