My Precision M6800 CPU 4910MQ became 0.35G in Win 10 Pro?

    So if my i5-8300H is at 2%(I will intentionally not specify what those 2% mean) and running at "only" 3.98GHz, at 100% it should be... what... 199GHz?
    Let's clarify - the percentage tells us the load on the processor. You can clearly see on the screenshot where it says Utilization - 12%. Now, the frequency of the processor has SOMETHING to do with the load, but it is absolutely NOT directly proportional to said load. Depending on what is currently running, a given processor will handle the load at a certain speed, but it is, again, NOT this bs direct math you pulled out of nowhere. Same as you called noticing an apparently dying ssd "phobia". Ring a bell?

    @awsdawsd As a 12-year-long member you should probably know - no provided info = flying blind and making possibly irrelevant assumptions.
    Start providing more info about your machine so people can actually start helping you.
    Also, you may want to check any power plan settings you may have for the processor.
