my shift, caps lock, and tab keys are not working

    hey guys, can you please help me with this problem on my dad's laptop?
    for now i can only use the right shift.
    my dad's laptop is a dell inspiron 640m.
    is this a driver related issue?

    I think this might be a hardware issue not driver related issue.

    try a compressed air can to try and clean near the affected keys. Has helped with my dell laptop.
