My windows 8.1 was activated by kmspico method. can i upgrade to windows 10. Is it possible or not? until i have all updates for my current os.Thanks in advance.
The info you seek is already on this forum, but KMS activation remains sort of the same and the last Windows 10 leak could be activated via KMS.. All you will have to do is update or fresh install RTM and KMS activate that like you did with Windows 8/8.1 (unless they change something, whats doubtful this late) Or Go to local skip/junk yard grab a Windows 7 key from the side of a broken machine and then install Windows 7 on your machine with that key and phone activate. Then just upgrade from that.
You could upgrade to a preview release, then to RTM via insiders, but it will always be a timebombed preview you are running

so far on tests of TP & IP & KMS Activated - upgrades have been possible - but then again THIS IS NOT RTM so who knows.
You can upgrade to Windows 10 but you will see a watermark indicating you that is illegal and steps for doing it legal (buy a key)
Loader (OEM) and MTK/KMSpico (VOLUME_KMSCLIENT) are slightly different activation types. Volume isn't part of the Upgrade Offer at all .

As your question does not specify if it is about the upgrade (installation of Windows 10 from Windows 8.1) or if it is about the activation of the license after upgrade, the answers risk to be vague for you. 1. There are great chances that you can technically upgrade to Windows 10 from your Windows 8.1 (as it is actually possible) and if not, a Frankenbuild will be able to... but 2. there is no chance that your KMS activation remains. Only retail activated Windows 7/8/8.1 will. You will have to update/reinstall your activation tool or find another way to be activated.
Safest bet is buy Win7/8 Pro which you can upgrade to Win10 pro license which you can find cheaper (unused) licenses - Use Paypal to make sure you can get a refund it it was not a real key.

win8.1 VLK will get the W10 icon , you may get the upgrade most likely you need to activate it with MTK 2,8 ? or new KMs v 7 ?
Probably windows remain activated, but need to reactivate after 180 days. With KMS v7, you will need a new version of MTK.
i wouldnt buy a Windows 7/8 key. If you upgrage from them to Windows 10, you can only use it on your actual system. If your mainboard is broken or want to change cpu, your key will be useless. Why not getting an insider? If you dont like Beta Releases, use Slow Ring. Slow Ring has always stable releases
