name hdr file bios recovery Vostro 1015

    can anyone tell what's the name hdr for Vostro 1015?

    i did the -writehdrfile command to the bios and got 1015_A06.hdr

    I followed the instructions that you linked in your second post. VM9M????.hdr was present in the bios, not 1015_A06.hdr.
    If you try the write hdr file option, it will take the name of the dell exe. For instance if you use the hdr option for a d410, it outputs d410_a05.hdr.
