I got some problems here after upgrading to 2004

    1. WinHTTP auto discovery service high cpu usage when disconnected from net, reconnecting still on high cpu, even if I restart my PC without net connection it still on high cpu usage
Temporary fix fro high cpu usage, I disabled WPAD service

2.NCSI icon won't change to signal/Wifi icon when connected, but it stayed on globe icon "no internet, secured" but I can browsing just fine but cannot update windows
I'm using DNSCrypt and using DNS 127.0.0.1 to WIFI settings, but when I disable DNSCrypt, the icon can change to Wifi signal
    This never happened on 1909
    Any advices?

Go back to 1909. V2004 is still buggy
