Need a little guidance RE: SLP/SLIC win7x64 (have SLIC 2.1)

    Hi themendios,

    The SLIC in the BIOS is based on OS type, not version (SKU) type. i.e. SLIC 2.0 = Vista SLIC 2.1 = 7.
    I've upgraded plenty of 'Starter' PC's to 'Home Premium' and 'Home Premium' to 'Professional' or 'Ultimate' with no problems using the orignal BIOS.

    Its my guess that the 'Orbit30' loader/crack is causing the problem.
    Try uninstalling it or doing a fresh OS install.
