    hello
I download an iso file from msdn (original like you have here at the sticky) I tried to install it via easy2boot but when I install any version from 8 till 10 he want's an key, I don't have it..where I can find it?or avoid it and after the installation just activate the windows
the versions that I need key or solution are :
    he_windows_8.1_enterprise_with_update_x86_dvd_6050766
    he_windows_8.1_enterprise_with_update_x64_dvd_6050504
    he_windows_8.1_with_update_x64_dvd_6051487
    he_windows_8.1_with_update_x86_dvd_6051597
I tried to avoid these request of the key by changing the ei.cfg file to
    [EditionID]
    Enterprise
    [Channel]
    Retail
    [VL]
    0

but when I install (he actually doesn't request the code ) I get's : windows could not gather information for [osimage] since the image file indicated [install.win] does not exist

    thank you

    What edition are you after?

The Enterprise normally does not ask for a key.

How did you install it? In-place upon a system, or clean install from DVD/USB?

The keys are just for installation, they will not activate.

I don't know, as far as I know the keys should work. Why not try it?
You can always add more keys to the list. You should be able to Google if there is a new install key required, or simply install it from DVD (or from a .imgPTN file in E2B) and then use a key finder like ProduKey to find out what install key was used - then add it into the key list on the E2B drive.
If you want to be able to do UEFI installs, then convert the ISO to a .imgPTN file using the MPI Tool Kit (drag-and-drop onto the MPI_FAT32 desktop shortcut) and then you can use the .imgPTN file to install in either MBR or UEFI mode and no key will be needed (it acts just like booting from the DVD).

I would be glad if you can explain how to use the e2b to install in uefi mode exactly cause I didn't succed with the .imgPTN ..
and the thing that I can't try it cause in vm you can't use the e2b to install from it so I need another pc for that and these I don't have every day :(

    so actually the e2b makes 2 partitions 1 ntfs2 fat32?
I think that easier to make it with rufus.. it's look like very difficult

Rufus is a good choice for a single-boot USB drive.
    Easy2Boot is for multi-booting

e2b can handle fat and ntfs at the same time?

so as I saw, I need to download the imgptn batch file's and then drop the installation that I want (win 8.1) and then the file will be at the main mainu folder, after these I start the e2b at the boot and then choose (uefi or the regular e2b??) and then choose the imgptn with the clevor (there is option for gpt also?)
and..how I get back to the regular e2b at the same installation?
    thank you

Once you have the CSM menu, you can choose Clover for UEFI boot or regular MBR boot.
If the .imgPTN file was a FAT32 file and contains .EFI boot files, you can also boot directly from a UEFI BIOS by choosing the BIOS UEFI:<myusbdrive> boot option displayed by the BIOS.

To return the USB drive back to the E2B partition you can:
    1. Boot in MBR mode and choose CSM Menu option 0
    OR
    2. Run the \e2b\Restore E2B (run as admin).cmd script
    OR
    3. (new in E2B v1.73) Run the Windows utility SWITCH_E2B.exe and click on the 'Restore E2B Partitions' button.
