If someone were to provide a direct link, there would probably be a DCMA takedown request.

 

That's exactly why we don't bother.
A half a year ago, or so, there was a huge change in the way that DMCA takedowns started affecting file-hosting sites.
We would upload a file and have it taken down within the hour.

I think they, perhaps, changed to a blanket-ban process where if they made some sort of law that all these sites had to remove all files that match the same contents of a previously blocked version.
There is also a huge upgrade to their manual blocking process so that even passworded files got reported within hours; and taken down.

There is no such thing as W8-1 SP1. You should refine your search criteria first.

 

Softicle no longer works. It sends a download link but the file is corrupt after it downloads (bad checksum).
