Can anybody share it. Download link does not work. It looks like website is down.
Use UltraIso to delete ei.cfg.

I've ever done as kukubau explain without any problem.
No need any tools to do it.
Just delete the file!
where i get ULTRAISO i download the tool from MS eicfg but i am a begginer and i don't understand how to use it. maybe i try this ultraiso.
For USB 4GB or bigger
Double click on the windows 7 ISO then click the bootable tab then write disk image then write
1. Right-click the ISO image then click UltraISO then Burn to Disc
2. Select a minimum Write Speed (4x recommended)
3. Click on the Burn button
