    thank you for fast responding
but i still couldn't install oem cert
it said input error: there is no script engine for file extension ".vbs"

i couldn't add oem cert, is it because of my windows is already expired?
or is it because i placed the acer.mrm-ms on the wrong folder. i mean do i have to replace the old one with the one that i downloaded?

Sounds to me like you did something to break the ability to execute VBScript files. Time to reinstall windows?

currently, i can execute .vbs file
    but when i typed "slmgr.vbs -ilc C:\ACER.xrm-ms"
it still didn't say that i successfully install the cert oem
there are only option and advance options for me to choose in the cmd scene

Yea as Myrrh said, normally you install windows then you activate it. If you have old windows that is kind of broken, I don't really know what to suggest.

    Problem is:
    slmgr -ilc
    -dlv
    and in emergency: -rearm

all those commands are sometimes needed. If your slmgr is broken you really have no way to control activation anymore.
