Need Help Editing HOSTS File

    hi i need to edit my HOSTS file in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\.
    When ever i save it, it says
    Cannot create the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file.
    Make sure that the path and file name are correct.

    I am using Norton Internet Security.
    Please Help!
