Had problem with allshare from Samsung. So i uninstall the program. Now i want to reinstall it but I'm unable to do it. I've restart my computer. Run the program, and i always receive the user account " this application is blocked for your protection" message from my user account. And one of the administrator have block this application please contact this admin. Now the user account is set at zero I'm the only user for this computer and i'm the admin. I also try to install "run as an administrator" same message. Try to run in compatibility mode, same message. I close Windows defender, same message. Need help please. Lievre ps. just to be sure i've download 3 times the application.
You'll have to edit your Registry! Search for, and delete all entries regarding Allshare. Just to note, it's also possible that the Windows RegEdit isn't works 'fine' enough! I use all times Registra Registry Manager for delete all entries I wouldn't like to have in my registry! Just be careful, backup the Registry first, before doing any editing!!
I've had very similar problems as many others have had too. My latest issue was Evernote claiming it couldn't gain Admin rights to finish install. For me, I either had to create a new admin user and login that way to get the install to work or enable the built-in Administrator account login using it. Very frustrating that admin rights no longer means being a true admin.
TBH I never used allshare, and didn't see the video, but it seemed the straight answer to OP's question.
Looks like it should work, just strange that he managed to install it the first time without a problem, and now it's blocking the installer I know if you copy exes from USB to Windows 10 (even 8.x) it can block them, same if you download from email, but if you upload that same exe to an FTP and then download it again, it's happy to install it All depends where it thinks you got it from
