I know it's hard to trust anyone online and what they say and perhaps this is not the place to ask, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

My uncle past last month in an accident, he owned 2 laptops and an iPhone. The iPhone we will likely never get into. Unless he surprisingly has ever synced it to iTunes on one of the laptops.

But anyway my grandmother he's mom now has the laptops and wants to get into them because she feels he has pictures on there and perhaps there is contacts from work 3000 miles away. The one laptop has a local account so it should not be very hard to bypass with a program and a boot usb. But his other laptop has a Microsoft account and is protected by a pin. Is there a way similar to a local accou to reset/remove this pin or perhaps a way to change it to a local account using a CMD prompt from a program on a liveusb?

I'm kinda hoping he is signed into outlook on this one laptop then k can atleast change the password. But if not I'm kinda stumped

Thanks and sorry again if this violates the rules. But idk where else to ask.
