Hi So I am going to start out with what the request board said people needed but I ask for how to do it more than for you to do it. I have not been on this forum long so I will have to put spaces in my urls for it to accept my post:

    -Manufacturer: HP
-Motherboard Model: HP Pavilion dv7-1020us Entertainment Notebook PC
    -Bios revision: F.2D
    -Bios Type: Insyde BIOS
-Bios Download Link: ftp ://ftp.hp .com/pub/softpaq/sp51001-51500/sp51315.exe
-RW Everything Report Download Link: View attachment AcpiTbls.zip

So here is what I have done thus far:
I downloaded the SLIC Bins, http ://forums.mydigitallife .info/threads/5952-Win-7-amp-Server-08-R2-SLIC-2.1-Bin-Collection
    I downloaded + installed the RW-Everything, http ://forums.mydigitallife .info/threads/5766-How-to-properly-request-for-a-bios-mod
    I downloaded the Latest Pheonix/Insyde/Dell Insertion/Replace tool, http ://forums.mydigitallife .info/threads/13194-Tool-to-Insert-Replace-SLIC-in-Phoenix-Insyde-Dell-EFI-BIOSes
Ran the latest bios update + extracted the file, there were no .ROMs or .BINs but there were three .FDs: 30F3F2D, 30F4F2D0, 30F4F2D1
Ran the RW Everything and saved the report.
When I ran the insertion tool, I selected each of the 30F4F2D0.FD, selected Other as the Manufacturer, selected HP.BIN, selected COMPAQHP-HPQOEM-2.1.XRM-MS from SLIC 2.1 BINS 1-31-2011, pressed Go, it succeeded.
Reran the tool for the 30F4F2D1.FD with the same settings.
Renamed the resulting files to replace the original .FDs in the extracted bios update folder and ran the WinFlash and it seemed to work because running the RW Everything resulted in the four SLIC numbers to change to the right combination
I tried to activate a new installation of windows 7 home premium with one of the SLP Keys, http ://forums.mydigitallife .info/threads/10370-Windows-7-OEM-SLP-Key-Collection
but it would not work. Any help would be awesome!

Put the certificate at the root (C: drive) and name it HP.xrm-ms

run from command prompt: (Be sure to open a command prompt as admin)
    slmgr -ilc C:\HP.xrm-ms

    wait for confirmation and restart.

You should not enter the certificate in the tool when modding for future reference...only the SLIC.BIN

You are all set. use a certificate from the certs/slics download and install it if you have already used the serial for the version you want. All certs work with all versions, only keys version specific. opatool may also be of service. I have a certificate installer as well. easy to do yourself if you read a it..

The mod and flash worked well.

Use this script tool to add the serial and cert you wish..then take the batch and see the commands used for future ref.
