Well as the title suggests, my DriverStore size is around 10.4GB. Notice NvCplSetupInt.exe repeating itself in different folders in the attached screenshot. I do have an nvidia card, running on windows 8.1 RTM.
dism /online /remove-driver /driver:XXXX.inf get a list of superseded/outdated drivers best with: dism /online /get-drivers /format:table > X:\Drivers.txt replace X: with any driveletter e.g. C: you can remove more than one driver at a time with additional /driver:YYYY.inf /driver:ZZZ.inf /driveremX.inf parameters. and use the oemXX.inf name.

In Windows 8.1 the Disk Cleanup tool , now comes with an option to remove old Device driver packages.
