I am new to this and not a pc teck. I have a HP Pavillion M8400F with ECS MCP61PM-HM rev 2.1 motherboard that i bought second hand. Some how i updated the bios with the wrong one. Now it says my pc is a gateway. I have tried going to HP and installing the right bios for the pc but it keeps rejecting it. And i have been pulling my hair out not knowing how to fix it. I have even tried to flash it with winflash and the correct bios. And still rejects it.The organial bios was a Phoenix LTD. ver. 5.17. Any help i would be greatful.... Thanks ahead of time
