Need help with formating my non- genuine windows 7 without disc

hi, my windows 7 ultamate is non-genuine and i want to format it but without removing windows 7 that is already on here so how do i do that thanks .

 

i want to format to make my laptop faster

 

my laptop originally came with vista but i just want to wipe my laptop so that the only thing on it is windows 7 ultamate thaat i have so it is much faster and i can star over again but i dont have th disc for vista or windows 7

 

i dont no how to see if i still have it sorry

i have a hp 6735s with 2gb RAM and a 2.10 amd sempron prosser
