need help with VT-x/AMD-v

    here is my problem.
    trying to install sun virtual box, installed o.k , but it tells me that I need to enable vt-x/amd-v in my bios.:confused:
    I went in and looked around and found nothing like that listed.
    can someone fill me in on what that is and does?
    and how to enable that?
