If anyone here has a OEM copy of Server 2003 Small Business R2 with the latest service pack would you kindly locate & attach the pidgen.dll file.

It's ok, I wanted one to compare to the one I grabbed from a service pack and it was the same. Just wanted to make sure.

Bellow is the WIN2003_10 IN 1 Server version I have; it does not mention and likely does not include r2

This release includes both corporate (VLK) and Retail versions of:
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition (32-Bit)
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Datacenter Edition (32-Bit)
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Small Business Edition CD1
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Web Edition

This version has 10 folders in the folder named ROOT:
    23BC
    23BS
    23DC
    23DT
    23EC
    23ET
    23SC
    23SD
    23WB
    23WC

Each contains operating system components including I386 folders
    ________________________

To OEM and unattend my XP version I modified the following files:

    OEMBIOS.BI_
    OEMBIOS.CA_
    OEMBIOS.DA_
    OEMBIOS.SI_
    OOBEINFO.IN_

Along with WINNT.SIF and SETUPP.INI inside the I386 folder

I notice WINNT.SIF does not exist in Server I386 folders, the similar files I found in the Server I386 folders were WINNT.AD_ and WINNT.EXE.

Should I make and include a WINNT.SIF even though it does not pre-exist?

I have not yet worked out which folder is for which version of Server, so I intend to just make up the OEM files for Enterprise Edition and copy them to all I386 folders.

Anyone know how to modify this 10 in 1 version to make a single Enterprise Edition only image, I could possibly work it out but would like help if you might be able to make it easier.
Also I could possibly use nLite if it was a single OS, not sure?

More important, would be to make a r2 updated version with RyanVM?
If it is still posible with the modified setup of 10 in 1, again not sure?

Which version do you feel is best?
I have never tried server, my Xp is a SP3 with updates image and I use all features so I am leaning towards Enterprise or Small business but really do not know.

    Thanks

I'd say the folders that end with 'C' are the Corp versions.

You'd have to extract the files from both the '23xx' folder and the 'i386' folder, re-combine them into one folder and then un-edit some of the files so they point back to the 'i386' folder. Basically... Don't bother grab a full ISO from some where. ;)

Ryan is an update pack. R2 is a new version of Win2K3. You'd need both the second CD and an R2 CD Key.
