Need some help with win7 install - iso/etc

    Trying to install windows 7 ultimate 64 bit to update and try windows 10

    I have a 32bit x86 dvd with key it says:
    Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
    32-bit x86 upgrade: Preexisting OS License Required
    (Product key required)

    september 2009 systems student media
    x15-70387

    what iso download do I need to do this?

    first you need a 64bit system to put the 64bit windows on :D
