I have several printers installed on Windows server 2008 R2. From that location, they are shared to the users. Users are giving huge number of printers which they do not collect. e.g. they give print on 2-3 printers and will collect only from one printer. My printers does not have option to check the log of previous print to check who has given the print. Is there any tool/software that I can install on the server that will monitor the print jobs. If it can print the name of the user at the bottom of the printout (as a footer), that would be great. Free/Paid tools no bar.
