Had to change out the MB in my DV9000 (9035nr to be exact) and I need to tattoo is to reflect my serial number information. Right now it's all zeros. I've found tons of DMI tools here but none list a DV9000 as compatible with those tools. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I've tried every HP tool I've found so far with no luck. Each one gives me a not for this notebook message during use. Edit: Finally got it done. I used HPBQ189.EXE from the HP Notebook DMI Utilities set. I don't have enough posts to link it but it's the first DL link in the HP section of the SLP Marker File Update Utility thread in the Vista section
