I lost my admin password from my Dell D830, the same password is also needed to change settings in the Bios(version A13).
    The servicetag is: JWR5Y3J
    Systemnumber is: JWR5Y3J-595B

I also want to install Windows 7 and without the admin password it's just not possible to change the boot sequence in the Bios.

    Please help me!!!!!

    Thanx!!!!

The 2 of you(Bailey and Sebus) were idd right, I wasn't able to change the bootsequence without the proper password, so I was very happy when I saw your 2 comments.
I downloaded the dell.exe file on a different laptop, and YES, it worked!!!!!!!
I'm allready busy installing Windows 7 now, you guys made my day!!

You posted a link to a Dell BIOS reset tool which is now gone. I am in need of a tool like this for newer Dell laptops. I have Googled this and found nothing for the newer machines. Is there any possibility you have access to the program that was linked in your reply? Thanks for your time.
