Need to unpack BIOS for LENOVO IdeaPad L340-15IRH

    Hello im using LENOVO IdeaPad L340-15IRH stock BIOS version is BGCN29WW but i accidentally downgrade it to BGCN24WW now my laptop is bricked only showing blackscreen (No display)
    so i want to try to flash by my self but i cant unpack the bios files from the website (.exe) extension
    BGCN29WW (i cant post any links so please type this version on google)
    any help is very appreciated
