Need tool to create unremovable partitions in USB Flash

    Hello!

    I need tool to create unremovable partitions in USB Flash looks like one USB Flash contains many USB Flash in one memory chip. I need it to not to buy many USB Flash.
    Any software that work with any USB Flash?
