    I was going to say try the Media Creation Tool, however I downloaded it, and Pro does not show up in the list of choose-able versions.

    I downloaded the above and it does not have both editions. Just home. Not sure what I did wrong.

    You probably downloaded Home Singlelanguage which only contains Home, you need to download the normal " Windows 10" iso to get the Multiple Editions Home and Pro.

    Your own key or KMS? If you someone had done an upgrade to pro but the system has a home key in the bios, you could install pro and it would still activate on its own after install as well.

    if you have already a home license 7/8.x OEM or whatever purchased with your pc
    [ data written in your uefi bios ]
    the multi iso will chose for you the version without asking you.

    if you have home and want pro you will must force it with a proper ei.cfg file.
    there are a lot of info about that in this forum and www.
