I need to create a shortcut for Windows 10 Store that uses Windows 10 Store Icon. Where can I download that icon?
Been looking on the web for info and cant find out. its not in the .ddl file where other icons are, but I bet there is one .dll with it inside. Maybe for now, Google Image "store" and find a small .png file and safe it as an .ico file. I would use PS but there probably an online converter ? Edit.. Just tested it out.. Worked OK. I made a new folder and changed its icon to my new Store icon. Does this help ?
There are lots of different versions of the icon in the Assets folder. Not as ICO files but as PNGs. Note that the WindowsApps folder is hidden and you need admin rights to access it.
I need the ICO file to use it on another shortcut... Is there a way to make an ICO file from a .BMP file? I thought of just taking a screenshots of my desktop with the icon on it, then cropping the icon part and saving it as ICO file... Possible?
I used an online convertor. Google for the image you want, i bet it will be out there somewhere. The google .bmp\ .png to icon converter. Or upload the image you want and I will convert it to .ico in Photoshop to the size you want.
