Not sure what you mean by "the image that comes out from win7." ?

I'm assuming the startup logo because if it's your desktop then either your video card or monitor or both are on their last legs - ie need repair/replacing.

On second thought you almost certainly have a hardware problem - I guess there is a small chance it is a driver issue.

I have to agree with Rosco.

Isolate the problem step by step, so you can be certain.
    >Reinstall your video driver to see if it makes any difference.
    >If it's a Desktop:
Check the monitor cable connector/plug, make sure the contacts are clean.
Check that the video card if seated properly on the motherboard
Try another monitor that is known to work properly. If that monitor exhibits the same problem, your problem may be the video card.

Make sure your cables are pressed into the monitor and video card are screwed down. If not that then sounds to me like a video memory issue, either your memory on the video is going bad or you do not have enough video memory to work correctly. Attach monitor to another PC to isolate if it is a monitor or video card issue. Sounds to me without any testing like your video card is shot or going bad.
