    Net framewoks 3.5 won't install Any Ideals Pro Retail keys work

    1.Mount Windows 8.1 Build 9471 x64 and Replace Red x with Driver letter in cmd.

    2.Open Command Promt as admin and use cmd.

    DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:x:\sources\sxs

    i installed it on the latest leak this way> by using the 3.5 offline installer,but instead of mounting the image etc. i just put the install disc in my dvd drive(note the drive letter for it first)then ran the offline installer and selected my dvd drive letter and it installed off of that
