After Daz loader activation do upgrade , Windows 10 possible have ethernet driver for your pc , no need internet for upgrade process , my laptop is permanently activated , internet is not turned on on upgrade process Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 pro , no need to worry , you need internet only after upgrade process!

As I already wrote, if you have, use an PCI NIC Card, put it into the MB, open BIOS and disable the buildin NIC and start the computer!

I had similar problem with an older PC-Chips MB and was take in an Intel NIC Card which just works well in W10, while the buildin Realtek works in W7 with no problems!

And just to mention again, the drivers from Realtek directly may not working because MB Manufacturers modifying the drivers for the internal NIC's! Use the drivern from MB Brand only!!

Devices which don't have the drivers installed are listed in the 'other devices' section. You can see them at the very bottom of the picture you posted.

Just do what darkodar said: Install Win 7, activate with DAZ loader, upgrade to Win 10. Don't bother installing any drivers or updates in Win 7.
