I disabled a lot of services in msconfig.msc that I thought I did not needed but the network icon is missing now and I don't know which service in msconfig.msc I should enable again. Anyone know which service it is?
And then what? I have configured my Windows 10 LTSB a lot and don't want to reset anything than get back Network icon.
In windows 7 at least, network connections status in tray (add any dependency); Network Connections Network List Service Network Location Awareness sry i am not sure for 10 now, i am slowly abandon it use, try this above services to see if work, if no i am sry and hope some other one will come to help you soon
I did this and it was Windows Event Log. That is very strange. What the hell has Event log anything to do with Network icon?
It has actually a lot of to do with everything, that is going on in Windows. It reports events/actions to other services, it is not just a log.
