    I seem to remember Outpost Firewall having a type of ARP protection, but this must of been back in 2007. You used to have to go into one of the options windows to enable some of the settings as they wasn't enabled by default. It's worth checking out anyway :)

    Zonealarm have ARP protection. i have zonealarm pro but i think zonealarm free also have ARP protection.
