New Folder explorer crash?

    Hi everyone I have using 8.1 32bit and often happens explorer crash when try to create new folder?Here is log from event viwer tnx

    Run a chkdsk first and if you have an intrusive security software, think about replacing it.

    That's not how you do it. You can't check the c drive from within windows. Open an admin command prompt, and type "chkdsk c: /r /f". Hit enter and agree to the scheduled scan. After that, reboot. It may take a while, so do it when you don't need the computer.

    scaned it say no errors but still those frezzing.....

    Did you install any third party software applications such as folder lock?

    Is BitLocker facility enabled for the partition?

    What type of computer is this i would test hardware starting with your HDD.

    Ok I've scaned with that and say no errors,but i found in task manager process superfetch using 50% of disk when that frezze happens,should i disable that service or?
