Hi, to try for the new forum colours just scroll down, at bottom left choose ---custom1. Try for the new forum colours and please post any comment. Post also if they are too vivid to you. If they are too ugly for you you may switch them back to default at the bottom left. Thanks.
Sorry Yen this is the first time I've ever disagreed with anything you've posted. I'll stick with the default colours please.

I say i like it. It actually feels better on my eyes. It's not as bright and it's kinda cosy and warm - frendly look. Well that's just me and it's a good thing to be able to switch back and forth. EDIT: you know what - after using it for a little while i take my words back - my eyes don't like it. I think it's that green color.
Yes it's a test only, if the poll votes for default I'll switch it back and leave it as second option only.
Would have been better if the green's shade is not so bright- a milder shade of the same color would have been better But then, i have been trying to post my request there for two days (or more- i lost track of time!), but it is locked always. I know the mod takes time and effort, yet would like to know when can i have my turn
As other users here, i think the colors definitively needs a revision, but the overall presentation is not so bad, so i think you could try to present screenshots with different color mixes, so that we could vote for the best color scheme or theme, each one identified by a simple number.
I used to play with the control panel, it was no plan to create new forum colours.....if the poll goes on that way, I'll switch it back...it was fun anyway.
