New installation - 1803 works 1809 doesn't O_o

    HI,
    A friends i5 Laptop needed a re-install. When i tried to install Win10 1809 it stuck at "Just A Moment" and the display was going quick on and off every 7 minutes.
    But Win10 1803 worked without a problem. Is this caused due to the Intel Graphics Card driver bug in 1809?

    possible as 1809 is buggy as hell

    hehe, after 1709 all builds lost your quality for me is only internal total anarchia into M$FT;):eek:

    maybe the BIOS of that Laptop is not updated ?
