my freind recently bought a lenovo which came with a preinstalled home premium x64. but it was with a single partition of 320 gB and lots of bloatware. so he has decided to format it and reinstall a win 7 sp1 x64 home premium edition.. now the problem is he wants to make it a genuine win 7 and after format the machine will loose the activation.. is there any way to activate genuinely the new copy with the existing activation ??? the laptop has a oem:coa key printed on the back.. he dosnt want to use it and want to keep it for future.. all of ur suggestions will b realy appreciatd..
i hav heard and used daz loader... but the problem is he only wants to use the oem activation the machine came with... the loader gives options for slic,cert and serial.... can we use the slic, cert and serial the machine came with ??
bump.. just need to know how to backup slic,cert and key and use it next time in fresh install.. mdl gurus please help

the loader will automatically detect his SLIC BIOS and activate his system WITHOUT installing itself to the hard drive... nothing needs to be done, the default settings work
