Thanks. It sounds like a lot of work. I spent hours scouring the forum last night trying to sort out Server 2008 activation information. There's a lot of good stuff here. Some of the activation stuff is dated and newer methods exists, and some is cross-mixed into threads. For example creating an OEM activation DVD and how it relates to using SLIC softmod or using BIOS mod and which methods are potential candidates or known working for ESX and Hyper-V. These are topics somewhat tangled. Yeah, what DigitalDNA says is true. All over the place and contradictory as well. Reginakampher, you said you did succeed in installing MSDN 2008 with OEM key ? Is that correct? Some people are saying impossible. I am confused. is MSDN KMS server only ? Thanks in advanced
