Hi, I'm having issues with my mobo. And I want to try to flash it with a hardware flasher, that's the only way I can flash it at this point. So I hoped you guys would have something to recommend here?

cheapo is CH341A SPi programmer $5 to 10 and works great in flashrom if the program fails to read 3 good copies or write..

or better more different types of chips is the TL866CS but overkill for a 1 time flasher at $40

Is this the MSI X99A RAIDER motherboard?
That has a Multi Bios switch. If you've stuffed your Bios A, switch to Bios B, Power on & boot up, switch back to Bios A (while still powered) & flash it.
See page 1-31 in the user manual.
The MSI motherboards also include a header called JSPI1 (it's next to the bios switch on this board). It's not in all their manuals but you can plug in your programmer into this header to flash the current bios.
I have a TL-624 with a usb cable that fits this header...
