Hi If anyone has had problems installing the small BT 100 or 105 modems and getting an error relating to not being able to load the NEWDEV.DLL I have tracked down the cause. After a couple of occurrences of this fault on different machines - both with fresh installs - I tracked it down to IE8. Uinstall it and all is fine. This error doesn't occur with IE7, just when 8 is installed. I tried it IE8 over IE6 then IE8 over IE7. As soon as IE8 was installed the error occurred. Having uninstalled IE8 you could install the madem and then reinstall IE8 with no problem. Good luck
