    after I upgraded my windows 8 pro with media center into 8.1 via store my office 2013 got deactivated. So, I end up putting another key. My question is how is that possible swapping the files from win8 : C:\Windows\System32\spp\store\2.0 in windows 8.1? Will it not affect the activation of the Current system (Win8.1)?

    Thanks fkar. I actually came up with a solution already... it's pretty straight forward actually... now in retrospect. But the tool you recommended can be used straight away, so thank you to you too!
