Since Microsoft doesn't know how to count properly, will the next version of Windows be Windows 10.1, Windows 11, or Windows 20?
"....think of Windows in the next couple of years as one of the largest Internet services on the planet" http://blogs.windows.com/bloggingwindows/2015/01/21/the-next-generation-of-windows-windows-10/
No no every one mistaken its windows 10 early access .You will get the finished product in an year or two
negative ... W10 is an ongoing process which has no end in development as mentioned in the past by Gabe and other MS-involved ppl. They will deploy updates for the next couple of years by changing things to insider likes or just making adjustments for future things to come like Iot etc. Nobody knows how long this will go on but for the moment the plan is as said
Probably 2020ish 10 support only till then. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-nz/windows/lifecycle Also with how tech is always changing, Win10 is for support with new tech that been out this yr/next yr, By 2020 i'm sure things will have changed significantly again. Would it make sense to keep patching an old os then? or just forcing change to new tech with a new os?
