NIC teaming windows server 2012

    Hi every one I'm learning Windows server 2012 by using vmware
    I have set two network card in vmware (VMnet2) and I have chose static teaming and after I have create the teaming
    I want to know if I must configure a static IP the network teaming

    Are you asking if you must assign a static IP to the virtual network card created by the team? The answer is that's down to you ... but since NIC teaming is normally done on servers then you would usually assign a static IP to the "team" adapter.

    HI yes I'm asking if I must assign a static IP to the virtual network card created by the team and please this adresse can be the same as adress used by a other card
