    Hi,
I am curious as to which integrator everyone thinks is the best to use....I have used NLite once or twice, but have heard some negative comments about it...I have also used HFSlip, with some limited success and I recently was informed that there was another integrator called RyanVM Integrator...so which one gives the best results without compromising the XP CD source files or hacking them up too much.....LOL...Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    John

RyanVM is the ticket. I think you need to have a clue what you are doing though. Not exactly point and click, but close.

    Nlite is a dirty tool..

RyanVM Integrator and update packs for me.

He is very slow to update, but then he did get a major degree sometime in the last couple years. Which probably means his life and career take precedence over the site's content.

nLite is very sloppy, but it's good for drivers if you don't want to do them manually, especially where sata drivers are concerned.

I used to use it just to tweak uxthemes.dll and tcpip.sys.

Yes, it looks nice. But it seems you cannot do more advanced stuffs with it, such as RunOnceEx loops.

Judging from the users manual, you would still need to create your nLite preset, RunOnceEx section, etc. So it seems to me like a one-click tool to do everything in one go once you set all individual steps up. I am sure it comes very handy for people who do simple slipstreaming, integration and unattended setup.

What did you end up using instead?
Yes, very handy, indeed. I am surprised that not many people realized the potential behind it.
