Hi everyone, I've been reading through the Windows Loader thread and just wondered if its worth utilising as wasnt suckered into KB971033 when it appeared last year and I've prevented Windows update from downloading it in the future. I've updated with Win 7 SP1 and no problems so far. My system shows win 7 genuine and activated and the SLIC ToolKit V3.2 showed everything OK. Is there any benefit in using Daz's Win Loader at present?
Been activated since the day installed in 2009. Just wanted to know if there are any benefits to using win loader as opposed to continuing to deny the KB971033 update.
Here 's my experiences in a nutshell. I was told that Remove WAT-development has been abandoned. Anywayz, after installing SP1, Remove WAT solution ceased to work 4 me. On next reboot I got all the nagging and harassment, saying: "You are the victim of sw piracy". Then I made some investigation to find the proper solution. The only thing that happened to work was the 1.9.7 loader. It is even KB971033 immune! I gave my system (Win 7 Ultimate x64 SP1) a treat with the loader, then I activated it with Windows Genuine Activation (through IE8!). This last step was crucial. Now it seems that I have a genuine, working system. Thanx to DAZ-loader, and thanx for all the help I get here. On top of that I have the infamous KB971033 installed (during genuine activation I guess), but everything works nice and dandy. It does not warn, nag or harass in any way. So yes, KB971033 is not a threat anymore. Benefits? No worries, no need to watch out what updates You download. A piece of mind, I guess - for the time being...
If U want to activate it (genuine validation) through IE8, then You cannot escape installing KB 971033 (its automatic with the activation tool). But when check is done, the system will be recognized as genuine , so no worries!
if i activate windows through IE8 is it gonna be genuine no matter what or it just tricks KB971033?? and for that activation alla is required is loader 1.9.7?????????????

The only problem with KB971033 is that if you fail validation for some reason (and there is always that risk), they will scan your IP and come to your house, maybe within 2 weeks if they're not backed up. So use it at your own risk. Think about it, you could live your life as a free man, or you will be hunted like a dog for the rest of your life because you didn't want to spend a little money. Just think about your family and friends first, not your wallet. OK? Because no one at MDL is going to visit you in jail. If none of the above is true, then what the hell are you worried about?
It's correct that KB971033 is installed when you validate your install. Once the validation is completed you can uninstall KB971033 if you wish.
Lol....... I'm not. My system is fine and I want it to stay that way. If I validate and it fails I dont want water marks and annoying reminders.
OK I installed Win Loader v1.9.7 and validated windows. System reads windows activated genuine as before KB971033 was installed but appears to be redundant. So no more worries when windows wants to update
LOL. Yes, to suffer the pain of watermarks and what not... Just remember, you are breaking the law, so you have made yourself susceptible to the enforcement of it. Don't kid yourself, you are a criminal. LOL
You'd rather call people shufflers than suffer a watermark? Your ethics are wayyy off, I'm glad I didn't respond to you in earnest Oh wait... not in earnest... that means I was joking! You can use the same logic skills to get rid of watermarks, by the way, they have 'apps for that'. Anyway, threads like this make MDL look bad. Then again, it is only natural, isn't it?
