no modern ui app working

    when I right click on them choice "start in admin mode" doesn't show any longer, nothing happens. I tried the "old" repair command line "Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online"
    no go.
    tried sfc /scannow
    no result

    You can't start WinRT Applications as Admin.

    Why do you want to run them as admin in the first place?
