Hi! Since the last few updates I cant boot into Safe Mode by pressing Shift+Restart from the Startmenu nor starting the UEFI stuff. Anybody else noticed this? I am running 10240 Pro rev 16384.
Thanks, it works! But I am still wondering why I am not able to get the "Special Menu" when using SHIFT+RESTART in the Start Menu and I tried to hold shift longer, but it refuses to show up. Yesterday or the day before I had no problems with it. :-/
On an IREP webcast earlier tonight, a MS rep stated that Safe Mode will be available in Windows 10 within the next 30-60 days...
Yup, it is. Still can not start it. I wanted to post an image link of my reagentc results, but I am not allowed till I reach 20 forum posts.
I have found if you try to switch back from legacy to standard it does not work, have you seen that too?
I made a batch file for booting into Recovery. @echo off reagentc /boottore shutdown -r -t 1 -f I still don't know why the hell I can't access it from the Start menu.
Doesn't work for me, your command just restarts my computer and let it boot again into Windows. Well, I've solved my problem, so thanks to all anyways. Edit: Thread can be closed.
