MDL has to tread a careful path as far as download links are concerned. To avoid becoming known as a warez forum and also to avoid DMCA takedown requests. Hence no new links are permitted, a decision made by the MDL team. We can't simply delete threads because links are dead. This would affect users post counts etc. Also the ldownloads are not hosted by MDL so i could not say why the links are down.
Just get Office from somewhere else, I'm sure you'll find it... All other stuff it still found here. Anyway I'll unstick it next days if the original poster shouldn't update the links.
